That's a chweeet pic. By the way, which connection do you subscribe to? If it is Asianet or BSNL there's no use complaining. Asianet may work well if you keep calling there customer care and register one complaint after another. If it's BSNL, forget it. Just wait for the internet devatha to be pleased...

was with BSNL ; went through an year of paying for something i hardly got to use with a fleet of deaf customer care people. Then recently changed to Reliance. Not bad Customer care; i was late in reporting it (b'cos of all bsnl efforts b4 and thinking it to be a futile effort), but it got corrected withing an hour. Impressed and happy.
